Do we need a project or funding call already?
No. We can start with a technology, research result, operational need or an uncertain development direction. If you already have a project or call in mind, we begin at that stage.
Can we start with a small engagement?
Yes. A focused sprint can resolve a specific capability or project question. We agree the scope, deliverables and fee before work begins; further work is a separate decision.
Does every engagement involve AI?
No. AI is included where it contributes to the required outcome. Capability positioning, partnership architecture and collaborative R&D development can stand on their own.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
A short description of your organisation, the technology or challenge, and the decision you need to make. Any existing project idea, partner context or timing constraint is useful.
